Sandy Creek Golf Club, originally named Ferguson Farms Golf Course, is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Staley, North Carolina.
Designed by Garland Ferguson, Sandy Creek Golf club opened the front nine holes in 1992. The course was completed with the addition of the back nine holes in 1995. It stayed Ferguson Farms until 2008, when Randolph Bank took over the property and changed the name of the course.
The course was built on flat terrain and the fairways are wide open. The greens are medium-sized with plenty of undulation. Water hazards (ponds) come into play on several holes.
The signature hole is #5, a 443-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot to a dogleg left fairway, then an approach shot over water to the green.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,588 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,911 yards.
